By purchasing or downloading a facekit digital product, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Payments are processed by Polar.sh as our Merchant of Record. Polar.sh handles payment processing, applicable taxes, invoicing, and chargebacks. These terms govern your use of the digital products provided by facekit. For payment-related matters, see Polar.sh’s terms.

After successful payment, you receive access to download your digital files through email or your Polar.sh account. Delivery of digital content begins immediately after purchase.

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the mockups as described on our License page. Products are licensed, not sold. You may not resell, redistribute, or share source files except where our license expressly permits it.

Because digital products are delivered immediately, refunds are generally unavailable after access or download has begun, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. We may offer a refund at our discretion for a technical defect, duplicate purchase, or a product that materially differs from its description. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase and include your order number and reason.

All mockup files remain the intellectual property of facekit. Your purchase grants only the right to use them under our license. You may not:

• 1Resell, redistribute, or share the source files.
• 2Create competing mockup products using our assets.
• 3Remove copyright notices or attribution information included with the files.

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except where required by law. We do not guarantee that a product will meet every specific requirement or operate without interruption or error. To the maximum extent permitted by law, facekit’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
