facekit began with a problem I kept running into in my own design work. Whenever it was time to present a new interface, I struggled to find a MacBook Pro mockup that felt realistic, current, and polished enough for the work I wanted to show.
I wanted device renders that could sit comfortably in an App Store screenshot, on a product website, or in a portfolio without distracting from the interface. When I could not find exactly what I needed, I decided to make it myself.
I started modelling Apple devices in Blender using Apple’s published specifications as a reference. Every model is built by hand, with close attention to proportion, materials, construction, and the way light behaves across each surface. The renders are not AI-generated; they come from the same deliberate 3D process used for product visualization.

What began as a solution for my own projects gradually became something I wanted to share. The design community has given me years of useful resources, thoughtful feedback, and inspiration. facekit is my way of contributing something practical in return.
The goal is simple: to give designers and small teams access to carefully made, Apple-grade mockups that help their work look its best. Each render is designed to keep the interface at the centre of the presentation, whether you are launching an app, building a marketing site, preparing a case study, or updating your portfolio.
facekit will continue to grow with new devices, finishes, and perspectives. I hope these mockups save you time and make it easier to present your work with the care it deserves.
